🚭 Is smoking allowed?

We ask that guests please refrain from smoking or vaping indoors to keep the space fresh and welcoming for everyone. Outdoor smoking is allowed at least 10 feet away from doors and windows. Kindly clean up after yourself, as any extra cleaning needed to restore the space for future guests may result in an additional fee. Our home offers several features that make it more accessible for guests:
– A step-free entrance through the front door, which is 34" wide
– No stairs throughout the main living areas
– One step down into the game room, which can also be accessed via a step-free outdoor path
– Curbed street parking in the front and an accessible parking spot is available near the rear entrance
– Some interior doorways are narrower than 34", but certain bedrooms have ample space around the beds for easier movement
